- The new designer series papers that are in the mini catalogue are just superb and highly recommend them. With the Perisian Breeze Specialty being of coverweight thickness.
- The oval scallop punch and matching stamp set is on page 7.
- For the first time in Australia there are single stamp sets being sold on page 3.

Chocolate treat pull out boxes. You just have to undo the bow and pull. The chocolate pops out. Red Riding Hood and Pacific Point are the main colour's used. Designer series papers used are Bella Rose and Good Morning Sunshine. I coloured one of the flowers from the Pretties Kit (109114) in Pink Pirouette to match the Bella Rose paper on the Red Riding Hood box. On the Pacific Point box I used a Sweet Sticky Cuts ( 114301) with Fine Supernova (114287) over the image. Also used in colour Ribbon, the Curly Label Punch and stamp ( 112966) and Circle Fire Brads (109110).
I have used this years in colours for this card. I have used Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, a touch of Kiwi Kiss and Whisper White. I used the masking technique for the Blue large flower so I could get the other coloured flowers nice and close without stamping over the main image. I then stamped another large blue flower, cut it out then mounted it on top with some Stampin Dimensionals (104430).I also inked around the outside of the Whisper White card stock to give some boundary.
The lovely Australian Bloom Away (114306) sets
is one of my favourites
. I love the colour you can
use, here I have used Old Olive, Ruby Red and Chocolate Chip. I also used the new Build-a-Brad. I stamped and coloured in 2 Banksia flowers then
punched a area of the second flower out with the 1/2" Circle punch (104390). I also used the crimper, Hodgepodge and 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon.

For this card I used the Hostess Level 2 stamp Set Rustic Rooster, which is also one of Shelli's signature collection stamps. I used Old Olive for the main card. This was sponged over with Old Olive ink. Next was More Mustard card stock which I put through the Crimper ( 101618), to give it a country feel. My Rooster was stamped onto Whisper White then water coloured. I also sponged More Mustard ink around the Rooster. I used the Spiral punch (108341) to add a little something extra. The accessories I used was some Hodgepodge and 1/4 Grosgrain Ribbon. I hope the Picture picks up the detail well enough.

Here is a versatile card I made that could be used for many occasions by just adding hodgepodge hardware and a verse. I used Old Olive, Chocolate Chip and Tangerine Tango colours in this card. I also used the Stamp-a-ma-jig (101049) to help line up the trees. I used the Trendy Trees stamp set ( 115896). I do love this set and hope to get more time soon to create some scrapbook pages and cards.Wednesday, June 17, 2009

Well, here I am. Firstly I need to thank a very clever girl Laura for setting up my Blog site. It is amazing how the young people can just tinka on a computer and wow create something so special.
Well, between Laura and myself we are still working this blogging out, so please be patient with us.
I have been playing in my craft room and made some lovely cards and gift boxes. I hope to upload them soon. It has been wet and cold here which hasn't happened for quiet awhile, which gives me a real chance to get some card making done.
I have started to include some of my favorite site's and blogs that I visit as these's give me great ideas and I do get inspiration from seeing other work.
We I will be back soon. Improving this blog as we go.
Cheers
